POLICIES & TUITION

FRIENDSHIP CORNER is an Illinois corporation created to provide daily care, pre-school, kindergarten and school age care services to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old in a professional, loving and home-like environment; and to stimulate cretivity, self-development and self-awareness in a structured learning setting.
PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT - The following itmes shall be provided by the parents:
A completed application form including general information, emergency and other permissions, phone numbers, the policy, agreement and Guidance & Discipline pages.
A medical form completed by the child's physician indicating immunization records and date of last exam, which must be updated every 2 years.
Any applicable information regarding the child's home situation or early life which may hae a bearing on his / her behavior at school listed on Information Page.
A box / bag containing a complete change of clothes to be kept at school for use as needed.
A statement of drop off and pick up tiimes, which are not to exceed operating hours.
A list of persons authorized to pick up the child whith each person's complete contatc information and agreement to show proper photo identification when arriving at school.
Other policies are listed on the application pages and the additional policy page. Parents are asked to read carefully and ask questions if necessary.

TUITION RATES
Full Day / 5 Days a Week:
Infants (6 weeks to 15 months) = $210.00/week
Toddlers (16 to 24 months) = $200.00/week
Two Year Olds (24 to 36 months) Also, Children Not Fully Potty Trained = $185.00/week
3 and UP (Children Fully Potty Trained) = $160.00/week
Kindergaren Class = $95.00 9:00 - 12:00 Monday - Friday only. $150.00 for Monday - Friday Full Day program.
Daily & Hourly Rates also available.
School-Age & Bussing Rates upon request.
